The spools can be handled by either the core with a pneumatic gripper or by gripping around the product with padded pneumatic clamping arms depending on the application. Having the ability to free float allows for effortless and precise positioning of the spool onto unwinders or pallets.

Vacuum Technology
An electric vacuum pump or ejector pump pumps out the air which creates the desired vacuum level. When a suction foot is placed (airtight) on an object, e.g. a cardboard box, the result is lower pressure. The difference in pressure makes the tube contract vertically and the object is lifted.
